Neighbourhood of Cooper Jack
Located on Provo’s southwest shores, this area is quite popular due
to the prevailing breezes, privacy, and some magnificent sunsets. 
Although
most of this area is iron shore, with a mix
of pitted limestone, coral and lava, there aresome sandy swimming areas and
some small publicly accessible beach areas. This area of Cooper Jack , it was
said was a favorite hiding place for pirates hundreds of years
ago.
Cooper Jack Marina is a planned full service world class marina resort and residential community. The 80 foot wide entrance channel provides easy unobstructed access and this safe harbor is tucked in the lee of 100 foot Cooper Jack Hill.
The marina development will include hotel villas, condo’s and residential home sites located on over eight thousand feet of shoreline.
