Neighbourhood of Thompson's Cove
Providenciales
Just west of Turtle Cove Marina, on the North Shore of Providenciales, is
the 180 acre planned community of Thompson's Cove. The beach
here is strictly
residential. There
are many very high end homes in this area, many with elevation and beach access.
There is a small canal system in Thompson's Cove that affords
safe harbor and
beach proximity while hilltop lots have a breathtaking view of barrier reef
on the north shore of Grace Bay.
All lots have dockage rights. Thompson's Cove beachfront lots
are typically two acre lots with 150 foot frontage.
